I’m Reg, a personal trainer dedicated to helping individuals build real strength, confidence, and discipline both inside and outside the gym. My approach is shaped by years of service in high-performance, high-pressure environments, including my previous role as a Police Officer and my leadership position in the Army National Guard, where I lead and train soldiers in physical readiness, weight management, and performance-based fitness.
Before this, I served in the United States Marine Corps, supporting operational missions and helping develop HIIT, hand-to-hand combat, and weight loss programs to improve overall unit fitness and readiness. Alongside my military and law enforcement career, I bring 9+ years of boxing experience and professional coaching to deliver training that builds not only physical power, but mental resilience.
What I offer goes beyond workouts. I provide a complete coaching experience built around your goals and lifestyle. Every client begins with a personalized assessment, followed by a custom training plan focused on strength training, boxing-based conditioning, functional fitness, and sustainable fat loss. I emphasize proper technique, injury prevention, and smart progression to help you move better, train harder, and perform at your best.
Clients receive ongoing accountability, progress tracking, and coaching support, including regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and goal adjustments as you improve. I also offer online coaching and flexible training options with structured programs and video guidance for those who want professional support wherever they train.
